Air Circulation and Red Tide / Blue Green Algae
The news is spreading that not only are Red Tide and Blue Green Algae a danger in and around the water but also inland further in the very air we breathe. As air blows across the surface of the Gulf, it carries with it aerosol nanoparticles of both the cyanotoxin (from the blue-green algae) and the brevetoxin (from the Red Tide) as well as organophosphates (fertilizer and pesticide runoff).
